How To Book
1. Click the "Book Online" button in the menu
This will lead you to the listed services I provide where you can either book or inquire about an appointment! You can select multiple services at once, and then, it will show you the dates and times that are available.
2. Send Deposit
After you submit your booking, please submit your $25 deposit and to secure your appointment! A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required to secure the Artist's services for the specified date. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Artist will confirm the booking in writing.
3. Confirmation
After you receive confirmation, I will send the client a contract that will be required to be submitted their appointment, or else the Artist cannot provide the service. It is the Client's responsibility to review and confirm the contract details and booking, including the event date, time, and location. Clients can either any discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the Artist immediately.

If there is a time that you would like to book that isn’t in my bookable hours, there will be an early bird/after-hours fee of $30. On the Book Online, form, please select the time that is closest to your desired time!
Payment Terms
The total cost for the make up services will be in contract and payment shall be made according to the following terms:

A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is due upon confirmation of services to secure the date.

The remaining balance for the services, minus the booking fee, is payable by the Client on the day of the event before the commencement of services.

Any additional expenses incurred during the provision of services (e.g., travel expenses, parking fees) shall be borne by the Client and will be added to the final balance.
The Artist reserves the right to withhold services if payments are not received by the specified due dates. Failure to remit the final payment may result in the cancellation of services.
Travel
If the distance between the event location and Fairfield, CA is within a radius of 10 miles (Cordelia, Green Valley, Suisun, Rockville) the travel fee is free. If the distance is more than 10 miles there will be an additional mileage fee depending on service location and this additional mileage fee is for round trip. For events or projects requiring the Artist to travel, the Client agrees to provide a per diem allowance to cover meals and incidentals during the trip.
Service Location
The Artist will provide services at the location specified by the Client during the booking process, but there are certain requirements the Artist will need to complete the service. The Client must ensure that the designated location is suitable and adequately prepared for the makeup services. The Client is responsible for providing adequate tables/work areas/chairs/trash cans/electrical outlets as needed for the makeup services to be performed effectively. If the location does not meet these requirements, the Artist reserves the right to cancel services, and the Client forfeits the deposit.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation by the Client, any reservation fees or deposits paid are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling the event date must be made in writing and are subject to the Artist's availability. A rescheduled date may incur additional fees, depending on the circumstances and availability. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing to the Artist at the earliest possible notice at least 2 days before the event date. In the rare occurrence of the Artist being unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), make reasonable efforts will be made to resume performance or refund the service fee.
Delays
The Client must ensure that their face is clean and ready for makeup when the Artist arrives. This is very important so the Artist can stay on schedule and the Artist can complete the application within the allotted time. A late fee of $20 will be charged for every 30 (thirty) minutes of delay if the Client are behind schedule. The Artist can/will work with the Client's hairstylist or photographer in coordinating the schedule if required with sufficient notice.
Client Responsibility
It is the Client's responsibility to provide a safe working environment for the Artist. This includes but is not limited to: securing necessary insurance, providing adequate service locations, maintaining clear communications, and providing a secure space free from disturbance, harm or inconvenience of any kind. Apart from that, the location must also have lots of natural light or lamps, enough space, outlets, dressers and brushes, enough chairs, etc. The Artist has the right to terminate this contract immediately for any breach of terms made by the Client, and this Contract is automatically void and all monies provided by the Client are non-refundable. These booking arrangements cannot be changed once the Artist arrives for the appointment.
Minor Policy
If the client is below 18 years old, it is mandatory for a legal guardian to accompany them during the service. In case the guardian is unable to be present due to some unavoidable circumstances, they must provide a written consent stating that they allow their child to receive the service without their presence.
